Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
The shipping costs will be clearly indicated again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
We ship our goods safely and properly packed within Germany with dhl and to countries of the EU as well as to the countries* Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Iceland, Norway and Great Britain with dhl International. You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have shipped your order.
The shipping costs are as follows:
Within Germany: 10,-€; free shipping for orders over 350,-€ order value.
Abroad/EU: 20,-€; free shipping for orders over 500,-€ order value
Foreign countries/non-EU: 30,-€; free shipping for orders over 500,-€ order value

Import customs, import taxes and duties are paid by the recipient. These costs will be invoiced directly by the respective forwarding agency or parcel service. This means that our goods are sent untaxed and duty unpaid to Switzerland and non-EU countries. Please note that the German value added tax is not charged.
Freight charges are a flat rate that covers the transport and the fee for import customs clearance. Possible display fees charged by customs and the import sales tax are not included. These items are determined according to the goods, price, size and weight and are payable by the recipient. A customs duty itself is usually not incurred, since our products are preferential goods with exclusively European origin.
After your order and after payment, we hand over ceramic goods to our shipping partner within 48 hours at the latest (calculated from the next working day after your order). Shipping in Germany with DHL usually takes 1-3 working days.
In other EU countries and for Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Norway and Great Britain the standard delivery time is between 7-10 days, to Iceland 10-20 days.
The delivery period starts the day after the customer has completed the payment order and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day falls on a Sunday or, at the place of delivery, on a general holiday, the period ends on the following working day.
The delivery times of non-stocked goods will be discussed with you individually when ordering a product.

If you would like to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail (email@example.com) before placing an order and please tell me the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. I will then inform you at short notice whether I can ship to the desired country and – if a delivery to the desired delivery address is possible – I will inform you about the shipping costs, because I have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping options and costs in advance.
